The Ugly Animals come to the Natural History Museum

The ugly animals need our help!

I shall be celebrating earth’s less attractive creatures in the fantastic Attenborough Studio of the Natural History Museum  on Friday, 28th November, from 2.30 – 3.00 pm as part of their daily live science series, Nature Live.  This is a family session, suitable for children aged 7 and over.

I shall be signing copies of my book “The Ugly Animals – We Can’t All be Pandas” after the session.

My book is out and upcoming comedy gigs

Hi everyone,

I have been really neglecting this site as it has been such a busy couple of months.

So first off…. My new book is out!  The Ugly Animals- We Can’t All be Pandas is available in all good bookshops.

Stand Up For Ugly Animals at Bristol Colston Hall on Wed 22nd October- Featuring Sara Pascoe, Dan Schrieber, Bec Hill and Sarah Bennetto, Chris Dunford and Elf Lyons.

We have recently had some most excellent gigs at Wilderness festival and Greenman too.  A great time was had by all and the Ugly Animal Roadshow continues to tour children’s and family events around the country too including gigs at The National Media Museum on Sat 13th September (where I will also be performing Dissections Uncut).  I am really excited to be taking it to the USA for a week of performances in November.

There are a few other events that I am particularly looking forward to as well including:

Zed list Dead list on Sunday 14th September at the Camden Head London

Joining The Festival of the Spoken Nerd at Gravity Fields on Friday 26th September

and curating  Science Show Off on 16th of December
